Shipping Policy

Worldwide Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide! All orders include tracked and insured expedited shipping.

Order Processing Time
Orders take 1–3 business days to process after confirmation, regardless of the shipping option selected. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are not processed or shipped the same day. For example, an order placed on Monday will likely ship by Tuesday or Wednesday.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Address Accuracy
Inaccurate or incomplete addresses, or unverified order details, may cause processing delays of 1–2 business days. Please review your shipping and billing information carefully at checkout to avoid delays.

Signature Requirement & Delivery
Most packages are delivered to your mailbox or front door, but the courier decides whether it is safe to leave a package unattended. If not, your package may be held at a local office or re-delivery may be attempted. We recommend using a shipping address where someone will be available to accept delivery.

Tracking
You will receive an email when your order is processed (up to 48 hours after purchase) and a second email with tracking information once your order ships. If tracking doesn’t update immediately, please allow 1–4 business days. In rare cases, tracking may not update, yet the package will still be delivered. If problems persist after the estimated delivery period, contact us.

International Taxes and Duties
International customers are responsible for any inbound duties, taxes, or other fees required by their local customs authorities. These are not collected by LOOSIA™ and are non-refundable.

We ship all international packages DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Fees must be paid by the recipient to receive the parcel. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific rates.

If your package is shipped via DHL, they may pay duties/taxes on your behalf to speed up delivery. You may be invoiced post-delivery for reimbursement plus a small administration fee.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
Buyers are responsible for submitting the correct shipping address. We have a limited window to make changes, so if you need to update your address, email us immediately at support@loosia.com. While we’ll try to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee them.

If your package is undeliverable and returned to us, we’ll either resend it to the correct address or issue a refund.

Returns
By placing an order, you accept responsibility for return shipping costs. For full return instructions, please refer to our Returns Policy.

Undeliverable Countries
At this time, we do not ship to the following countries: Albania, Algeria, Indonesia, Kosovo, Martinique, Morocco, Nigeria, South Sudan, Tunisia.
